樹本拓展基金有限公司(Pro Tree Foundation Limited) (下稱《Pro Tree》會確保所有遞交的個人資料，均按照《個人資料(私隱)條例》的有關條文處理。

個人資料乃由你自願提供，有關資料只會用作參與Pro Tree有關活動之用。資料只會供處理申請的人員參閱，作為審批、聯絡及相關的用途。除非另外指明，Pro Tree會保留參加者姓名及所屬機構/學校名稱作活動相關的紀錄之用。申請人如需要查閱或修改所提供的個人資料，請以書信方式(在信中填寫活動名稱/申請者覆函檔)向Pro Tree職員查詢。

除非法律許可或有所規定，Pro Tree不會在未得到你的同意下透露你的個人資料予第三者。

Privacy Policy

Pro Tree Foundation Limited (“Pro Tree”) is concerned to ensure that all personal data submitted are handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

The personal information is provided by you voluntarily for relevant activities organized by Pro Tree. The information will be provided to relevant staff for application processing, contact and other relevant purposes. Provided that there are no specific administrative reasons, only the name of the organizations/schools and the participants will be kept for record purpose. For enquiries or amendment to the information provided, please send us a written request (Please quote the activity name or the reference number in the request).

Unless permitted or required by law, Pro Tree will not disclose your personal data to any third parties without your prior consent.
